Team Lead Back Office Digital Assets (m/f/d) Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Your Tasks:

• Lead and develop a global Back Office team
• Lead the daily cash treasury and settlement operations
• Provider & Relationship Management for banks and payments providers
• Supporting the implementation of new features and improvements with requirements and testing
• Update and maintain the tradias platform cash clearing infrastructure and managing the provider
• Ensuring proper documentation of processes for compliance and audits
• Reporting tasks to the Management, the Audit and Finance Department, etc.

Your Profile:

• University degree with a background in business administration, finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, or comparable qualifications
• Relevant professional experience in a bank or trustee environment
• Strong expertise in position and trade reconciliation
• First experience in managing team members
• Quick comprehension as well as a confident and sovereign appearance
• Enthusiasm and initial experience in the area of digital assets are preferred
• Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative
• Excellent German and English skills
